Project Alexandria is a reading tracker for book lovers who want a clean, simple experience: fast progress logging, an organized library, a cover-forward design, and useful stats.
Thanks for agreeing to give it a try! I would love to hear what you think: what felt easy, what felt confusing, what felt broken? What do you wish it did? Does it fit how you read? Even if it’s not useful for you, I want to know that too.
Project Alexandria is only available for Android. If you’d like to use it on an iPhone, let me know — if there are enough of you out there, I’ll consider creating an iOS version.

Here’s what it looks like!
As a book nerd who is also a data nerd, I like to track my reading.
There are a lot of book tracking apps out there, and I have tried a bunch of them: Goodreads, StoryGraph, Bookly, Dante, Hardcover… you name it. They all annoyed me in different ways.
I eventually decided to build my own; an app that does all the stuff I want, and nothing I don’t.
Once you're signed in, go to Search and start adding books.
Use Match your copy to adjust cover art, page count, format, and other details. Adjust the dates you started and finished reading each book. Mark as reading now, finished, etc. Log progress as you read, and rate books once you finish. Set goals if that’s your thing. The app will do the rest for you.
You'll get the best experience if you log reading sessions. That's the workflow I optimized for: each time I put down a book, it takes a few seconds to log progress. Over time, it turns into genuinely useful data about your reading habits. And yes: charts. Of course.
I do really want to know what you think. Send me your thoughts anytime by WhatsApp, Slack, or email (however you usually reach me). Or, you prefer, directly from the app (Settings → Send Feedback)
